Floorside is the social app for people who gamble. For help with your account, a question about the app, a privacy request, or anything else, email hello@floorside.co. Email is the way to reach us, and we reply from the same address.
Common requests
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete account in the app. It is permanent and removes everything in the account.
- Privacy requests (access, correction, or an export beyond the CSV in the app): email us from the address on your account.
- Appeal a moderation decision: email us within 30 days with your username and the action you are appealing.
- Floorside Pro billing: subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google. Manage, cancel, or request a refund in your App Store or Google Play account.
